What we write from

We start with the Gelagen label and official product information, then check each ingredient against independent sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, NCCIH and MedlinePlus.

How we write about health

We use structure-and-function language, never claim a supplement treats or cures a disease, and highlight safety notes such as the FDA warning on biotin and lab tests.

What we will not repeat

Claims we cannot support, such as calling a supplement "FDA approved" or unverified review counts, are left out.
